Terms of Use

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital products from Parker & Jo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “customer,” or “licensee”) agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Parker & Jo LLC.

License & Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use our digital designs and templates.

You may use our products to:

Create and sell finished physical products (e.g., t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, mugs, stickers, printed signage, etc.).

Modify templates for your own personal use or for your small business’ finished goods only.

A Commercial Print License is required if you plan on selling printed copies of our designs in the form of transfers or prints (DTF transfers, screen prints, sublimation transfers, stickers, etc).  

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, give away, or redistribute our digital files in any form — whether modified, unmodified, or included in another design
• Use our templates, elements, or designs to create digital products for resale (this includes PNGs, SVGs, digital downloads, etc.)
• Claim our designs or templates as your own
• Upload our digital products to print-on-demand marketplaces (Redbubble, Zazzle, TeeSpring, Merch by Amazon, etc.) where the design file itself can be extracted

This means you can NOT sell PNG designs created from Parker & Jo templates, or any elements from Parker & Jo templates.

Please note: violations of these terms will result in immediate revocation of access to our designs, templates, and communities. No refunds will be given.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All digital designs, templates, and related assets remain the sole property of Parker & Jo LLC.

Your purchase provides a license for use, not ownership of the original files.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a file has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed.

Accountability

You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct software, skills, and tools to open and use our files before purchase. We are not liable for printing errors, color variations, or end product results.

Editable Templates

Templates are designed for use with Canva.  Canva Pro is highly recommended to achieve the best results, access all design elements, and download designs with a transparent background. Parker & Jo, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva in any way.

Enforcement

Violations of these terms will result in immediate revocation of your license, and legal action may be taken for copyright infringement or breach of contract.

Please note: violations of these terms will result in immediate revocation of access to our designs, templates, and communities. No refunds will be given.
