By purchasing you agree to our Terms of Use:

Design ownership and rights will remain of Parker + Jo.  You may not call our designs your own. You may not resell our designs in digital format. You may not use our digital designs to create your own digital artwork. You may not give away our designs for free to anyone.

If you plan on selling printed copies of our designs in the form of transfers or prints (DTF transfers, screen prints, sublimation transfers, heat transfers, stickers, etc.) then the commercial license is required. Once your commercial license has been purchased, you will be added to our Approved Vendor List.

The commercial license is NOT required if you are selling finished printed products such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, etc.

Our digital products and drives are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
