What file types do you offer?

Most digital designs are provided as high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI. Canva Templates are only compatible with Canva.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes! Our templates are fully editable in Canva so you can customize names, colors, wording, photos, mascots, and more.

Do I need Canva Pro?

We highly recommend Canva Pro for the best experience, including access to premium elements and transparent background downloads. Parker & Jo is not affiliated with Canva.

How do I access my digital downloads?

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Canva template links and PNG downloads will be sent to your email and/or accessible through your account. If you are a member of The Collective - all of the direct links to the templates are posted.

Can I use your designs for my small business?

Yes! You may use our designs to create and sell physical products like shirts, hoodies, tumblers, and more.

Can I resell or share the digital files?

No. Redistribution, reselling, sharing, or altering our digital files for digital resale is strictly prohibited.

Are your designs exclusive?

Some designs are available as singles for a limited time only before becoming exclusive to The Collective.

What are DTF prints?

DTF (Direct to Film) prints are ready-to-press heat transfers used to create professional apparel designs.

What type of files do you accept for custom DTF prints?

Please upload:

Do your DTF prints work on all shirt colors?

Can I use Parker & Jo designs in the builder?

Yes! Many monthly drive designs are preloaded directly into the builder for easy drag-and-drop ordering.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes! You may upload your own print-ready PNG files.

Do you offer custom apparel?

Yes! We offer custom and personalized apparel for sports teams, mamas, schools, businesses, events, and more.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Approved wholesale accounts receive:

  • 50% off retail pricing
  • $150 minimum order
  • 1–2 week turnaround
