Commerial License

Parker + Jo requires a commercial license for the following:

• If you plan on selling printed copies of our designs in the form of transfers or prints (DTF transfers, screen prints, sublimation transfers, heat transfers, stickers, etc) then the commercial license is required. 

The commercial license is NOT required if you are selling finished printed products such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, etc.

The commercial license only needs to be purchased once and it does not have a limit on the number of transfers/prints that you can sell. The commercial license covers all current and future designs in our shop.

The commercial license does not include any designs, those must be purchased separately. 

The commercial license does not give you ownership or copyright of our designs. Design ownership and rights will remain of Parker + Jo. You may not call our designs your own. You may not resell our designs in digital format. You may not use our digital designs to create your own digital artwork. You may not give away our designs for free to anyone.

The commercial license is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

In the notes box during checkout, please list your business name, and you will be added to The Approved Vendor List.
